Overview
This was a personal project that I undertook to find out ways in which rideshare apps could be improved.
My aim was to research what rideshare apps people use the most and see if there were any common pain points or opportunities to add features that would improve their experience.
I chose to design a solution that would make it easier for people to pick up food on the way back from a night out. This took shape as a feature in Uber that allows users to order and redirect their ride through a drive-through.
